Travis and Jason Kelce’s mom Donna sells Florida home that went viral for window renovation: Here’s a look at the $355,000 property she bought in 2019

Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and former Eagles player Jason Kelce’s mother, Donna Kelce is in for a payday after selling her condo in Florida’s Orlando. According to TMZ, Donna bought the property for $355,000 in March 2019 and later got it remodeled.

TMZ further reported that Donna sold the home for about $485,000 with a $100,000 profit. She has been in the process of remodeling the home earlier in 2026. She spent money to replace 9 windows and 6 doors in the property before selling it. The publication had earlier reported that according to the property deed, Donna was leaving the house to both her sons.

According to sale records cited by TMZ, Donna’s new house is also in Florida. It is a three bedroom, two bathroom lakefront property spanning 2,549 square feet.

What did Donna Kelce’s 1,434-square-foot Orlando property look like?

The Orlando property, which Donna has now sold for a $100,000 profit, had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, spanning over 1,434-square feet. The property was built in 2005, and features several private areas. These include, a wraparound balcony, a den, library, home office and even a workout room, according to Realtor.

Donna earlier told Architectural Digest that the home featured several 16 floor-to-ceiling windows. She had been living at the condo after retiring from her 30-year-long career in banking. She earlier divorced Travis and Jason Kelce’s father Ed and has been living alone ever since.

Donna’s windows earlier sparked a meme

The renovation project Donna undertook earlier this year, sparked a slew of memes online. After TMZ published a story on the renovation, social media was full of memes with people making parodies. The Kelce brothers’ podcast, New Heights even responded to the article with “new news I guess”, referring to a popular segment on the podcast. Both the brothers and Jason’s wife Kylie Kecle went on to address the renovations on their podcasts.

Jason Kelce took a hilarious dig at the article with a post saying, “Breaking! Sources confirm Donna Kelce’s eldest son watched two hours of Bluey yesterday,” referring to the popular kids show.

Several social media users also weighed in to the discourse with one saying, “Every single tweet on my timeline is about Donna Kelce’s home renovation and I don’t think I have found anything funnier”. TMZ went on to reply to the discourse with, “Our breaking story about Donna Kelce’s recent home renovation has the internet in shambles. You all are truly undefeated!”
