NBA legend Tony Parker’s former home in Texas has suddenly disappeared from the property market, according to an updated listing. The listing for the Anaqua Springs Ranch, or 9 Rue, Boerne on the online real estate platform, Zillow now appears as “off market”. The listing no longer provides any details about the ranch and the price.

According to the website’s price history for the property, the listing was removed on September 18, 2026 after being listed at a 29% price cut in February. In 2025, the property’s price skyrocketed to $20 million. This was the result of a global live streaming marathon event by Twitch streamer Kai Cenat in July 2025. The mansion was leased to Cenat and AMP for 30 days for the event. During the streaming event, Nando’s reportedly opened a full-sized branch inside the mansion.

Real estate agent, Erwin Nicholar, popularly known as “Mr. Real Estate” is credited with persuading Kai Cenat to use Parker’s massive mansion for his livestreaming marathon leading to the significant price rise. The property had gone in and out of the real estate market for about five years at that point.

The mansion notably features a multilevel waterpark. The waterpark features several waterslides, grottos, waterfalls, pools and even a whole lazy river, according to Architectural Digest. The residence has Texas’ largest private water parks. According to Realtor, the water park was designed by Keith Zars. Zars has famously designed the water features at the Six Flags Fiesta Texas Theme park.

The mansion also features a ‘Jurassic Park’ inspired gate. There are multiple gardens around the property, including a herb garden and fruit orchard. The mansion notably also had a private tortoise enclosure and a full-sized outdoor kitchen, according to Architectural Digest.

According to Realtor, the pool installation in the mansion is said to have taken about 59,000 man hours to finish. Over 2,100 gallons of concrete and 13,000 pounds have reportedly been used in the pools around the property.

Fit for an NBA legend, the property had several sporting areas

The mansion has a private tennis court, a sand volleyball court and a nearly 6,000-square-foot professional gym. The gym features a basketball court, locker room and even an arcade. The full-sized basketball court adds a personal touch to the NBA legend’s former residence.

Talking about the mansion, Parker once said that, “My primary goal was to build a dream house for my family”. Upon being asked about the water park in the mansion, Parker said, “That was a dream of mine…I’ve always felt like Peter Pan. I was like a little fish growing up in Normandy near the ocean.”
