Tyler Perry is looking to sell his Beverly Hills mansion for $57 million, while his Jackson, Wyoming, estate has been priced at $39.5 million. Perry plans to relocate to Puerto Rico with his 11-year-old son Aman in early 2027. Tyler Perry has listed his Beverly Hills property for sale on September 29, 2026 with Santiago Arana of The Agency. The mansion was built in 2012. In addition to the Beverly Hills residence, Perry also owns a property in Jackson, Wyoming, which he has put up for sale for $39.5 million. The property spans more than 37 or 38 acres and includes a custom log home, nearly 11,000 square feet, and a guest house.

Beverly Hills property

The Beverly Hills mansion was constructed in 2012 while the land was bought for $4.3 million in 2004. The property has a number of home theaters with a capacity of 24 seats, a wine cellar, a gym, a music hall, a library, a private screening room, a bar and a game room, in addition to the living areas.

The primary bedroom includes a fireplace, a private deck, two bathrooms, walk-in closets, a sitting room and a dedicated massage and salon area. The residence also includes a living room, dining room, private study, chef's kitchen, butler's pantry and family room. Additionally, it also has exterior terraces. The grounds also include a swimming pool, landscaped gardens, a separate guesthouse and staff quarters.

Not only does the residence have opulent interiors, but it has also played host to a number of famous visitors. Oprah Winfrey and former president Barack Obama have both stayed at the residence. Perry provided the former Duke and Duchess of Sussex with both residence and protection after their separation from royal duties. In her interview with Oprah Winfrey, Meghan spoke openly about the situation. They had the opportunity to decide their future course of action in the United States. Perry went on to become the godfather of Harry and Meghan's daughter, Lilibet. He stated that he was honored that they had chosen him.

Jackson, Wyoming estate

The Jackson, Wyoming property spans more than 37 or 38 acres and includes a custom log home, nearly 11,000 square feet, and a guest house. When Perry purchased the property in 2005, he used it as a vacation home.

With these two homes up for sale, Perry is hoping for a total of $96.5 million from these two transactions. These sales are only a part of a larger transformation for Perry as he prepares to relocate to Puerto Rico.

Why is Tyler Perry moving to Puerto Rico?

Perry has confirmed that he will be relocating to Puerto Rico at the beginning of 2027 with his 11-year-old son, Aman. He stated that the motivation for the move was his desire to slow down and reduce his workload, in addition to spending more time with his son.

Perry and Aman's mother, Gelila Bekele, share joint custody of Aman. The pair were together from 2009 until 2020. Perry stated that as he gets older, he reconsiders the ways in which he wants to spend his time. Therefore, moving to Puerto Rico is motivated by both his personal life and professional life.

In addition, Perry has stated that he does not intend to get married. This move does not mean that his operations in Georgia will cease immediately.

Perry has substantial Georgia holdings

As previously mentioned, Perry owns a significant piece of property near Atlanta, Georgia. In 2018, Perry acquired this land and constructed a residence with a floor space of between 35,000 and 40,000 square feet. The estate also includes a resort-style swimming pool, a farm with horses and other animals, as well as a private runway. This large compound is located near Tyler Perry Studios, which spans a total of 330 acres.

The complex includes a number of structures, among them a replica of the White House, an airport terminal building, two baseball fields, a strip mall, a residential community and a golf course. This means that his move to Puerto Rico does not automatically entail the sale of his Georgia properties or Tyler Perry Studios.

What does Tyler Perry own in the Bahamas?

In addition to the two properties in Beverly Hills and Jackson, Tyler Perry also owns two private islands in the Bahamas. The actor and comedian purchased White Bay Cay and the neighboring island in 2009. White Bay Cay covers an area of approximately 25 acres, while the adjacent island covers an additional seven acres.

He had previously taken flying lessons so that he could fly his own plane to the islands. These Bahamas islands are an additional part of his real estate portfolio, which he will continue to maintain despite selling his Beverly Hills and Jackson residences.
