The property sprawled across 4,332 square feet of living space, including three bedrooms. The increase in price of the property is apparently attributed to Walsh's extensive renovations. Standout features of the house include exposed wood beams, a "minimalist" fireplace, a swimming pool, marble countertops, a walk-in closet, and a tennis court.
