3 multifamily properties in Boston
Hudson had bought four properties over the course of a few months toward the end of 2023. She set up an entity called TCE Trust in June 2023 to facilitate those transactions.
According to her LinkedIn profile, Hudson is the founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of Trouble Club Enterprises.
As per the property listings website Realtor.com, Hudson bought three multifamily homes in the greater Boston area in December 2023. She reportedly purchased two Dorchester townhouses in a single day, on December 1, one for $2.2 million and another $2.3 million.
A listing for one of those apartments last year said that it had a "condo quality white shaker cabinet kitchen with white quartz counters, stainless appliances with a large island with seating available opens into the living room with hardwood floors throughout except in the fully tiled bathrooms featuring glass shower doors."
As per a listing for the property last year, the building was generating a rental income of more than $17,000 per month.
A quaint Harwich cottage
On the documents for the three properties, Hudson reportedly listed her address as a two-bedroom cottage in Harwich, Massachusetts, a place that she had bought for $610,000 in October 2023.
Located on the side of a pond, that house features two bathrooms and a small kitchen, according to a property listing, as reported by Realtor.com.
