‘The Hunger Games’ star Joshua Ryan Hutcherson is a popular film and television actor. He is set to celebrate his birthday on October 12 (Monday). Born in 1992, in Union, Kentucky, he knew from the age of four that he wanted to be an actor.

To pursue his dream, he, along with his family, moved to Los Angeles when he was nine years old, according to IMDb. He stepped into the world of acting as a child actor in the early 2000s. He appeared in several commercial roles.

He made a name for himself with films like "The Polar Express," "Howl's Moving Castle," and "Zathura: A Space Adventure." From there, he earned more roles as a child actor in movies like "RV" and "Journey to the Center of the Earth."

Hutcherson has a net worth of $20 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth. He bought a home in the Hollywood Hills in 2012 at a whopping $2.5 million.

The house was owned by Ellen Degeneres. She sold the home in 2005 to Heath Ledger. He lived in the house along with his partner Michelle, and the couple welcomed their daughter while living in that home. After Ledger died in 2008, his estate put the residence on the market. It was sold in 2009, and the amount remained under wraps.

Built in 1951 as a "treehouse" property, the two-bedroom, 1,861-square-foot residence nestles on a scenic hillside amidst a Sycamore grove. According to the outlet, the indoor space boasts just under 2,000 square feet.

The property, however, comes with a much larger 2,500-square-foot deck. If we look at additional highlights about the home, it includes an outdoor screening room, a courtyard garden, and a small office.
