Saylor sees the recovery above Bitcoin’s 200-week moving average as a sign that the market may be turning around, as per a Brave Newcoin report. However, he acknowledged that he can't be certain that BTC USD would reach six figures before the end of 2026.
His forecast comes as Strategy continues to build its Bitcoin position and prepares for a shareholder vote on proposed changes to dividend payments on certain credit instruments.

Why Michael Saylor Thinks Bitcoin’s Bull Run Could Last Four Years
Saylor described Bitcoin’s latest recovery as the beginning of a potential longer-term rally during an interview with the Schwab Network. He said, “I feel like we’re at the beginning of a bull run,” and when he was asked how long the bull market might last, he said, “Four years,” as quoted by Brave Newcoin.
BTC USD Price Levels to Watch as BTC Tries to Extend Its Recovery
Bitcoin’s moving averages suggest a positive trend, but its momentum indicators offer less decisive confirmation. The 10-period exponential moving average stood near $82,519, the 20-period EMA around $82,613, the 50-period EMA near $80,733 and the 200-period EMA at approximately $76,071, as per the Brave NewCoin report.
The relative strength index was around 54, while the Average Directional Index was near 19.
Why Saylor Calls for Clearer Crypto Rules to Support Bitcoin Adoption
Saylor also criticized the stalled CLARITY Act, a proposed US legislative framework for digital assets. He argued that the legislation placed too much emphasis on restrictions instead of establishing clear permissions for innovation. He pointed to initiatives involving the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the US Treasury, including developments related to tokenization, digital derivatives and digital currency issuance.
Saylor also highlighted monetary policy and liquidity as important influences on financial markets. Bitcoin’s maximum supply of 21 million coins remains central to his investment argument, but limited supply alone does not guarantee price gains.
