How people are planning vacations post demonetisation? Yatra.com survey finds out

Demonetisation has affected every aspect of our lives, from the way we buy groceries to how we plan our holidays. While many people go on vacation during the winter festive season, a recent survey by yatra.com reveals how the cash crisis has altered plans.

34% of respondents said they would prefer to make card payments over cash payments, when travelling.

Shorter trips are becoming more popular
More than 60% people are looking to travel for less than a week during the season
Only 06.0% plan to travel for more than 15 days
More people are opting for smaller budgets
