HDFC Bank SmartBuy introduces new reward cap on Brand Vouchers
HDFC Bank has introduced a separate monthly cap on accelerated reward points earned through Brand Vouchers (Gyftr/Woohoo) on the SmartBuy platform. However, the overall monthly and daily SmartBuy reward caps remain unchanged.

What has changed?
From the updated SmartBuy rules, every eligible HDFC Bank credit card will now have a separate monthly limit for reward points earned on Brand Voucher purchases. Once this limit is reached, no further accelerated reward points will be credited on voucher purchases during that month.

Reward cap for HDFC Bank Infinia card holders
For HDFC Bank Infinia credit card holders, the overall SmartBuy reward cap continues to be 15,000 reward points per calendar month and 15,000 reward points per day. However, the monthly cap for Brand Vouchers (Gyftr/Woohoo) is now 3,000 reward points.

Reward caps for HDFC Bank Diners Black Metal & BizBlack Metal card holders
For HDFC Bank Diners Black Metal and BizBlack Metal credit cards, the overall SmartBuy reward cap remains 10,000 reward points per calendar month and 10,000 reward points per day. The monthly cap on Brand Vouchers (Gyftr/Woohoo) has been set at 3,000 reward points.
