In a recent communication via mail sent to Infinia card holders, the bank said that continued access to the exclusive Infinia Experience programme will now be linked to higher minimum annual spending or relationship value criteria. However, there is no mention of the date when the revised criteria will become applicable.
New eligibility conditions explained
According to the email, customers must meet either of the two conditions during a financial year to retain Infinia Experience privileges:Minimum annual card spends of Rs 18 lakh (including both primary and add-on cards), or
Relationship Value (RLV) of Rs 50 lakh
Relationship value refers to the combined average monthly balance maintained across savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits and recurring deposits with HDFC Bank.
