PNB proposes to hike withdrawal limit on these debit cards
Punjab National Bank has proposed a change to the debit card transaction limit for premium variations. The PNB website states that the bank intends to modify the restriction on all platinum variations.

Debit Card transaction limit of high end variants as under:
ATM cash withdrawal
The ATM cash withdrawal limit for all platinum variants of MasterCard, Rupay, and VISA Gold Debit Cards is proposed to be Rs 1,00,000, up from the current Rs 50,000.
The ATM cash withdrawal limit for Rupay Select and VISA Signature Debit Cards is proposed to be increased to Rs 1,50,000, up from Rs 50,000 now.

Note that the above is the maximum daily transaction limit for the specific variant of the debit card.
At present, below are the limits on transactions as per the website.
Platinum
There are two variant under this. Rupay and Master
| CASH WITHDRAW LIMIT PER DAY | 50000 |
| CASH WITHDRAW LIMIT ONE TIME | 20000 |
| ECOM/POS CONSOLIDATED LIMIT | 125000 |
The bank also advised its customers to set their customised limit through Internet Banking, Mobile Banking App, PNB ATM, IVR, or by visiting the base branch.
How to set a limit on your PNB debit card through the PNB One APP
Step 1: Download and Login PNB appStep 2: Select the debit card icon and click on "Update ATM Limit."
Step 3: Select account number from the dropdown
Step 5: Fill expiry date, year and PIN
Step 6: Click on "Continue."
Step 7: This screen will show the current limit. Set the new ATM limit and click on "continue."
Your request will be updated in real time. Note that you cannot set a limit higher than the bank's provided limit. Also, the limit on debit cards varies with the type of card you hold.
