*OTP-based e-KYC: Available on the PM-KISAN portal and mobile app.
*Biometric-based e-KYC: Available at Common Service Centres (CSCs) and State Seva Kendras (SSKs).
*Face authentication-based e-KYC: Available through the PM-KISAN mobile app.

What should farmers do if their PM-KISAN payment is held?
Farmers should check their eligibility and payment details through Know Your Status (KYS) on the PM-KISAN website or mobile app.
They can also use the Kisan eMitra chatbot to seek further information about their status. Checking beneficiary details, completing e-KYC and resolving verification issues can help farmers understand why a payment may be pending.
