PM Kisan 19th installment: When will government release next installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi

Prime Minister Modi disbursed the 18th installment of PM Kisan Samma Yojana on October 5, 2024 via a Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) system to direct farmers bank account. PM Kisan is a Central Sector scheme with 100% funding from Government of India. A financial benefit of Rs 2,000 was disbursed to all the farmers under the scheme as the 18th instalment benefit.

What is PM Kisan?

Under the scheme an income support of Rs 6,000 per year in three equal installments will be provided to all land holding farmer families. Definition of family for the scheme is husband, wife and minor children. The fund will be directly transferred to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries.

When will PM Kisan 19th installment be released?

PM Kisan installments are disbursed yearly 3 times every four months. So, we can expect 19th installment to be distributed around February 2025. However, government will notify the same on the PM Kisan website when the date is near.

eKYC for PM Kisan
eKYC is mandatory for PM Kisan registered Farmers. OTP Based eKYC is available on PMKISAN Portal or nearest CSC centres may be contacted for Biometric based eKYC.
Modes of the eKYC: There are following three modes of eKYC available to the farmers of the PMKISAN scheme:
OTP Based e-KYC (available on PM-KISAN Portal and Mobile App)
(ii) Biometric based e-KYC (available at Common Service Centres (CSCs) and State Seva Kendra (SSKs))
(iii)Face authentication-based e-KYC (available on PM KISAN Mobile app which is used by millions of farmers).

How farmers can check their beneficiary status

Step 1: Visit the Official PM Kisan Website.
Step 2: Access the Beneficiary Status Page.
Step 3: Click on "Beneficiary Status" ...
Step 4: Enter your Aadhaar Number or Account Number.
Step 5: Click on "Get Data"
Step 6: View Beneficiary Status.
Step 7: Check for Payment Status.
Your beneficiary status will be shown on the screen when the system processes your request and checks the PM Kisan database for your details.

How to download PM Kisan Mobile Application

Step 1: Download the PM Kisan App
Step 2: Login using Aadhaar number or Registration ID
Step 3: Get OTP and enter the same
Step 4: Click on Dashboard
Step 5: Click on 'Beneficiary status' and select the installment status number
Step 6: Click on ' Get details'



Who are not eligible ?
The following categories of beneficiaries of higher economic status shall not be eligible for benefit under the scheme.

• All Institutional Land holders.
• Farmer families which belong to one or more of the following categories:.
• Former and present holders of constitutional posts
• Former and present Ministers/ State Ministers and former/present Members of LokSabha/ RajyaSabha/ State Legislative Assemblies/ State Legislative Councils,former and present Mayors of Municipal Corporations, former and present Chairpersons of District Panchayats.
• All serving or retired officers and employees of Central/ State Government Ministries /Offices/Departments and its field units Central or State PSEs and Attached offices /Autonomous Institutions under Government as well as regular employees of the Local Bodies
• (Excluding Multi Tasking Staff /Class IV/Group D employees)
• All superannuated/retired pensioners whose monthly pension is Rs.10,000/-or more
• (Excluding Multi Tasking Staff / Class IV/Group D employees) of above category
• All Persons who paid Income Tax in last assessment year.
