b) Then, you will get 11 options to choose from. To select a service, reply in the chat with the option number. For example, send 1 if you want to know when is your next LIC policy premium due and how much premium you have to pay.

Do note that you must send a message from your registered mobile number to use LIC services. If you are not registered, you must visit the LIC portal to register your policy.
