The Unique Identification Authority of India, which oversees the use of Aadhaar cards, has unveiled a brand-new AI/ML based Aadhaar Mitra customer service that is available 24/7 for free.

For enhanced resident interaction, UIDAI's new AI/ML based chat feature is now enabled. Residents can now submit grievances, check the status of their Aadhaar PVC cards, and more.

According to the UIDAI tweet, “UIDAI’s New AI/ML based chat support is now available for better resident interaction! Now Residents can track Aadhaar PVC card status, register & track grievances etc.”



What is Aadhaar Mitra UIDAI Chatbot?
Aadhaar mitra UIDAI's chatbot is the chat platform available on the official UIDAI website (uidai.net.in) for quick and automated responses about Aadhaar and related features. It is available on the main page of the UIDAI website and Resident portal at right bottom. By clicking on the blue icon of ‘Ask Aadhaar’, a resident can start interacting with the Chatbot.
