Are you a pensioner? Here’s how you can check your PPO number, life certificate and pension status on pensioners’ portal

Pensioners’ portal provides several online services that help pensioners check their pension-related information without having to visit the concerned pension office. Pensioners can use the portal to enquire about their life certificate, find their Pension Payment Order (PPO) number, check pension payment details and track their pension status. Pensioners can check the details of their Digital Life Certificate (DLC) through the Jeevan Pramaan enquiry facility. To check details of a life certificate, enter the Jeevan Pramaan ID (as mentioned in the DLC) and click on Submit. The portal will then fetch the available details linked to the Jeevan Pramaan ID.

The Pension Payment Order (PPO) number is an important reference number for pension-related services. Pensioners can find their PPO number online through the pensioners’ portal by entering details such as their bank account number or the PF member ID, as required by the portal.

Pensioners can also use the portal to make enquiries related to their PPO and pension payments. To check the details, they need to enter the issued office, office ID, PPO number and a pensioner’s date of birth in the required fields. The date of birth should be entered in the DD/MM/YYYY format.

The pensioners’ portal also allows pensioners to check the current status of their pension. For this, they need to enter details such as the issued office, office ID and the PPO number. After entering the required information, click on Get Status to view the pension status available on the pensioner portal.

Pensioners can also find information about the pension disbursing bank through the portal. To check the details, select the relevant state from the office list and proceed with the search.
