How to update Aadhaar online

Step 1: Visit myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in

Step 2: Click the ‘Login’ button, enter your Aadhaar number and captcha code, then click ‘Send OTP’. Enter the OTP received and click the ‘Login’ button.
Step 3: Select the ‘Document Update’ option.
Step 4: Read the guidelines and click ‘Next’.
Step 5: Check the box that says "I verify that the above details are correct," then click ‘Next’.
Step 6: Upload your ‘Proof of Identity’ and ‘Proof of Address’ documents, and click ‘Submit’.
You will receive a ‘Service Request Number (SRN)’ via email, which you can use to track the status of your document update.

To submit updated documents, individuals can visit the Bhuvan Aadhaar Portal. By selecting the ‘Centres Nearby’ tab and entering location details, users can find Aadhaar enrolment centres near them.
