The All India Defence Employees’ Federation (AIDEF) and the Bharat Pensioners’ Samaj have also demanded 3.833, while the Bhartiya Pratiraksh Mazdoor Sangh has sought 4.0. For the 7th Pay Commission, NC-JCM had demanded 3.71, but the government approved a 2.57 fitment factor.
