DA merger with basic pay: Big salary boost explained
One key demand is merging Dearness Allowance (DA) with basic pay once it reaches 50%. The proposal also includes calculating DA more precisely using decimals. This move could significantly increase total salary and improve retirement benefits linked to basic pay.
