Sunteck Realty sells 1,600 apartments worth Rs 600 crore at Naigaon project

The company has sold these apartments in less than last two weeks after launching total 2,000 apartments at project Sunteck MaxXWorld.

MUMBAI: Listed realty developer Sunteck Realty has sold over 1,600 apartments generating sales worth Rs 600 crores in second phase of its project at Naigaon near Mumbai, the company said in a regulatory filing.

The company has sold these apartments in less than last two weeks after launching total 2,000 apartments at project Sunteck MaxXWorld.

The project comprises of 15 acres out of the total 150-acre township planned by the company in the western suburbs.


The company is optimistic of maintaining strong sales traction in its multiple upcoming launches coming soon. In December, the company had announced selling 125 apartments generating sales worth over Rs 200 crore at its residential project SunteckCity at Oshiwara District Centre (ODC) in Goregaon suburb of Mumbai.
