MUMBAI: Sunil Mantri, chairman & managing director of realty development company Mantri Realty, resigned as Chairman of industry body NAREDCO in October.
According to two developer members of the association, Mantri had cited personal reason while resigning.
Calls to Mantri's mobile remained unanswered.
The company is currently entangled in legal matters related to default on Rs 300 crore dues towards its unsecured creditors.
The Bombay High Court has appointed an official liquidator to take possession of the company's assets.
