SC orders disbursal of Rs 67 crore to Unitech’s Uni Homes buyers

An amount of Rs 67 crore will be distributed on pro-rata basis to 352 home buyers of the Uni Homes project by Unitech in Noida.

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Tuesday ordered disbursal of Rs 67 crore in favour of 352 buyers of Unitech’ Uni Homes residential project in Noida.

The money will be distributed on pro-rata basis to home buyers who have requested for refund.

All home buyers of Uni Homes have been verified by Amicus Curiae Pawan Shree Aggarwal.


The apex court had previously ordered release of Rs 21 crore for the construction of 514 flats in five residential projects of Unitech.

The five residential projects include Uni Homes (Mohali), Verve and Horizon (Greater Noida), Vistas (Gurugram) and Uni Homes (Noida).

The committee headed by Justice SN Dhingra is monitoring the construction status of these projects.
