In this week's realty hot spot series we take a look at the developing residential area of Kharghar in Navi Mumbai. Kharghar is a planned and developing residential micro market of Navi Mumbai situated along the Mumbai-Pune highway. It hosts a number of multi-storeyd residential projects by local developers such as Paradise, Adhiraj, Sai, Mahaavir and Satyam. Prices of properties here are available in the price range of Rs 6,500-12,000 psf.
