KOCHI: The committee appointed by the Supreme Court to oversee distribution of compensation to flat owners of the four apartment complexes, which were demolished in Maradu, has asked the owners to submit the documents sought in the proforma 3 before February 4. The flat owners have been asked to submit the proforma 3, along with the documents, for determining the balance amount, besides the compensation of Rs 25 lakh payable to them since the terms of the committee will expire on March 10. The proforma 3 was prepared by the committee. It has been noted that only 140 flat owners have submitted the documents sought in the proforma and affidavit for determining the balance amount by the committee.
