Godrej Properties, Shipra Group to jointly develop residential project in Noida

MUMBAI: Godrej Properties has entered into a partnership with Shipra Group to jointly develop a premium group housing project in Noida.

The project located in Noida’s sector 43 will offer 2.2 million sq ft saleable area, the company said in a release.

This is Godrej Properties’ fourth project in Noida and 13th project within the National Capital Region (NCR) and the company is looking to add more developments in this region.


“This strengthens our development portfolio in NCR and fits well with our strategy of deepening our presence across India's leading cities,” said Pirojsha Godrej, executive chairman, Godrej Properties.
