The per square feet price comes to Rs 4 crore/1229 sq ft= Rs 32,547 per sq feet.

The transaction was registered in April 2026 and involved a stamp duty payment of Rs 24 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards (www.squareyards.com) on the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR).
