The acquisition, one of the largest individual residential transactions recorded at the prestigious Oberoi Elysian development, covers a sprawling 8,561 sq. ft. (approximately 795.53 sq. metres) and includes eight dedicated parking slots, a rare premium in Mumbai's space-constrained luxury segment. The registered agreement value stands at ₹56.28 crore, with stamp duty of ₹3.37 crore paid on the transaction, underscoring the deal's scale and stature1.
