CREDAI Maharashtra to undertake state-wide survey

PUNE: In a first ever initiate towards understanding the real estate market, CREDAI Maharashtra will undertake a widespread survey through-out the Maharashtra. The survey with give developers a city wise statistics. It will focus on total availability of flats, shops and offices, how much of it is sold or unsold, their sizes and types, its ticket size and the construction stage etc. It will be conducted in 50 important cities and will be completed in 3 months, informed Shantilal Kataria, President, CREDAI Maharashtra.

"This will help to understand exact situation of supply and demand in each city which will help developers to avoid potential business threats. This exercise will help the developers to understand what to construct and what is in demand that will sell. It will also check-on non-registered projects and un-authorized projects, added Kataria.

The survey will be carried out by expert team of Survey & Development committee of CREDAI Maharashtra. The survey will be most realistic, comprehensive and authentic one. The findings of the survey will help government to understand demand supply market of these 50 cities and aid in future decisions.
