Now, make your Will online in 30 minutes

BENGALURU: Muthoot Securities in partnership with WillJini Succession Services has launched 'iWill'. It makes you write a Will online at a cost of Rs 4,000 plus taxes. This service is available for everyone, including non-resident Indians (NRIs).

The procedure involves essentially three steps: Registration (free) at iWill portal, online payment, and filling up required details to generate the online Will. The Will is kept confidential and is legally binding. The expert support of lawyers, company secretaries and accountants is also provided by the portal for making Will as per Indian laws.

"Currently Will writing is mostly done by ultra-high net worth Individuals through their legal advisors but other mid-sized wealth owners like MSME owners/ entrepreneurs, professionals, corporate executives, retired individuals and NRIs, etc., tend to avoid or postpone Will writing due to various reasons.
