The JobBuzz Workplace Index for October 2017 identifies 10 sectors that offer a great work culture.

Research shows that if the culture of an organisation is good, employees are less stressed about the work on hand. In such companies, the attrition rate is low as staff enjoy the workplace atmosphere and the job challenges.

75% was the overall rating of the hospitality segment at the second position. It made an entry into the top 10 for the first time.

74% was the overall rating of the pharmaceutical sector that finished third in the ranking.

80% was the index value of the workplace culture in the consumer durables sector.

74% score made telecom sector the best paymaster in Sep-Oct 2017.

73% was the career growth opportunities score in the hospitality & pharma sectors.
