We expect to raise 350 to 400 cr by the end of next fin year: Sobha Developers

JC Sharma, managing director, Sobha Developers, in a chat with ET Now says that by the end of the next financial year, they should be doing about 350 to 400 crore of land monetisation.

How much are you looking to raise in the current quarter and by the end of next fiscal year?

As we have been telling our target is that by the end of the next financial year, we should be doing about 350 to 400 crore of land monetisation. We are working out on that. Since it is a land transaction, it takes its own time from a legal due diligence or satisfying the buyers. But to answer your question, we are on track and we should be achieving this target of monetising this much of amount as we move forward.
