We are confident of achieving our Q4 target: Sobha Developers

JC Sharma, managing director, Sobha Developers, in achat with ET Now says that the company is on track to reach that target of raising Rs 150 crores in Q4.

You sold land worth 54 crores in Q3. You previously stated that you expect to raise about 150 crores or so in Q4. Are you on track to reach that target?

Of course yes. We continue to monetise our land assets as you must have observed in last two years either through joint development with partners or through SPVs or through pure sales. In the last quarter we did 54 crore and this quarter also, we are confident of doing something more as we move forward.
