Vascon launches Rs 650-cr residential project in Pune

MUMBAI: Real estate developer Vascon Engineers on Friday said it has launched a Rs 650-crore residential project in Pune.

The project, Windermere, is located in the upscale Koregaon Park area. The total cost of the scheme will be around Rs 650 crore and it will be completed by 2013, a company release said here.

Windermere is a five-acre twin tower project, which offers home-buyers 3/4 BHK apartments and 5 BHK duplex. The ultra luxury apartments are priced between Rs 5 crore and 12 crore, it said.

"Vascon has helped Koregaon Park develop into the upscale and exclusive locality status that it enjoys on Friday. Vascon gave this area its first set of luxury flats and apartments in 1986. With Windermere, we will establish world- class living in Pune," the release said.
