These Kotak Mahindra Bank debit card services will be unavailable during this time

Due to a scheduled maintance activity, Kotak Bank Debit/ Spendz Card will be unavailble for a few hours between September 13 and September 14, 2022. "We would like to inform you that the Bank systems will be undergoing a maintenance activity in two tranches on September 13, 2022 from 00.00 AM to 03.00 AM (IST) & on September 14, 2022 from 03.00 AM to 06.00 AM (IST)," according to an email sent by Kotak Mahindra Bank to its debit card customers.

According to the Kotak Mahindra Bank website: Spendz is a prepaid account for all your everyday payments. You can keep the bulk of your money in your primary Kotak Account and move smaller sums as you need into Spendz, for your daily expenses.

Services that will be unavailable

During this time, below mentioned services on your Kotak Bank Debit/ Spendz Card will be temporarily unavailable, according to the email:

ATM, POS, ECOM, QR, Payment Tokenization, Cardless cash withdrawal, PIN authentication & PIN generation, Blocking or unblocking of card, Card Controls - Transaction amount limit modification & Activation or Deactivation.
