NEW DELHI: Taneja Developers & Infrastructure Ltd (TDI), a leading real estate developer with projects in Haryana, western UP and Punjab, has announced the launch of ‘Tuscan City’ in Kundli, at a distance of just 2.5 km from the national capital.
The project, spread over an area of 53 acres, is expected to be ready for possession by 2012 and is valued at over Rs 1,200 cr.
TDI Tuscan City is inspired from the sceneric grand Italian Tuscan theme which is known for its green lush landscapes and artistic infrastructure.
Tuscan City will have all the modern amenities spread over more than 53 acres. Kundli is coming up as the next destination for quality living at affordable rates for people in and around the NCR region.
The first phase of the Tuscan City will comprise of independent floors, available in 3 BHK, 3BHK+ study, and 4th Floor with exclusive terrace. The prices for independent floors are Rs 21.5 lakh onwards.
