Tata Housing ties up with Google for online booking of flats

NEW DELHI: Tata group firm Tata Housing today said it has tied up with Google for online booking of homes during the three day shopping festival starting tomorrow.

Tata Value Homes (TVHL), a 100 per cent subsidiary of Tata Housing has partnered with Google for online booking of flats during the 'Great Online Shopping Festival' organised by Internet search engine Google from December 11-13 at four locations in three different cities, the company said in a statement.

Customers need to pay Rs 20,000 only for online booking of house at four different locations; La Montana and Inora Park in Pune, New Haven in Bengaluru) and New Haven Compact in Ahmadabad, it added.

Following the payment of booking amount, the buyer will have to pay 30 per cent of the amount within 45 days and 70 per cent of the amount on the possession of the apartments.

The online shopping festival by Google is a platform for the very first time the platform has brought real estate as a category on board. The festival will be held over three days.
