Tata AIG General Insurance offers policies online

MUMBAI: Tata AIG General Insurance today launched an interactive website offering users a slew of benefits like buying and renewing policies online, and getting quotes.

The site-- www.tataaiginsurance.in-- is targeted at customers across categories and is intended at users wanting to do online transaction, apart from providing information, a release issued here said.

Tata AIG's Managing Director, Gaurav D Garg, said, "urban India currently boasts of 60-million active Internet users growing at 50 per cent annually. (it is) a huge opportunity for us to use the Internet to educate and engage with our customers on the Internet."
