The State Bank of Travancore has launched two products specially designed for women, a new savings deposits scheme SBT Prathibha, and a loan scheme at 8% interest, named SBT Mahila Vikas.

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The State Bank of Travancore has launched two products specially designed for women, a new savings deposits scheme SBT Prathibha, and a loan scheme at 8% interest, named SBT Mahila Vikas.
The latter scheme is meant to provide term loan/working capital to units promoted by women, for loan limits ranging from Rs 50,000 to Rs 25 lakh, bank officials said here.
