SRS Group to invest Rs 100 cr on realty project in Haryana

Real estate firm SRS Group today said it would invest over Rs 100 crore to develop a commercial project at Faridabad in Haryana.

NEW DELHI: Real estate firm SRS Group today said it would invest over Rs 100 crore to develop a commercial project at Faridabad in Haryana.

"Being built on a sprawling 1.75 acres of land with an investment outlay of more than Rs 100 crore, the SRS Tower project will be the first of its kind commercial office space in the region to be equipped with a helipad," the company said in a statement.

The project would have a built-up space of more than two lakh sq ft and is expected to be complete within the next 18 months.

It would also have a retail arcade, cafes and gourmet outlets integrated with the office complex.

The company is presently developing large infrastructure projects valued at over Rs 14,000 crore. These include townships, group housing, hotels, full service malls, food courts, cinemas, IT parks and business parks.
