South India’s tallest residential tower Choice Paradise completed

KOCHI: South India’s tallest residential tower, the 450 ft Choice Paradise, has been completed by Choice Construction at Tripunithura 15 kms from here.

Choice Group Managing Director Jose Thomas said that the building has been designed to withstand earthquakes with intensity of 7.2 in the Richter scale. The company has completed the construction of the 40 storey luxury apartment tower in 4 years.

He said that the company has adhered to all the safety norms prescribed in the National Building Code in the construction of the project. The total cost of the project has touched Rs 78 crore.

The project has come up in a plot of 2.75 acres of land in Tripunithura and covers an area of 2,50,000 sq.ft.. There are 132 apartments in the project.
