Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate launches Bengaluru ParkWest phase 2

BANGALORE: Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (SPRE) has launched phase 2 of its luxury residential project ParkWest in Bengaluru, the company said in a release. The master plan of the project was also unveiled detailing 11 high-rise towers and amenities spread across 47 acres.

The master plan of this project includes a Bio-diversity Park over 7 acres and a Clubhouse over 4 acres.

The second phase of this project offers spacious apartments with configurations of 2 BHK, 3 BHK, 4 BHK and Penthouses, ranging from 660 sq.ft. to 3350 sq.ft.

With construction already on, the planned delivery schedule for ParkWest begins in December 2017, the release said.
