Salarpuria, Sattva group launch Rs 1,000 crore mega project

BANGALORE: Targeting IT professionals, Salarpuria and Sattva Group today announced the launch a Rs 1000-crore luxury apartment project here.

Greenage, the two and three bedroom apartment complex layout on Hosur Road, near Silk Board junction, consists of ten apartment towers, comprising 1672 flats, spread across 21 acres of landscaped area, officials said.

In the first phase to be completed in 30 months, 800 flats would be built, Director of Salarpuria Group, Mahesh Khaitan told reporters. The flats are expected to be sold for around Rs 3,500 per sq ft, officials said.

Greenage has been designed by HOK, the USA, and it would be landscaped by Cracknel, the UK, a company release said. The amenities offered at Greenage include landscaped gardens, water purification plant, helipad, jogging park, theatre and swimming pools, among others.

The apartments would be in tower configurations of 18 to 25 floors. Greenage has 75 per cent of its total area marked for open spaces.

The "Mivan System Formwork" for forming casts in place reinforced concrete building structures, would be used in construction, officials said.
