Sabarimala employees get new insurance scheme

Travancore Devaswom Board together with United India Insurance Co Ltd has implemented an insurance scheme for the Sabarimala temple, devotees and Devaswom Board employees.

KOCHI: Travancore Devaswom Board together with United India Insurance Co Ltd has implemented an insurance scheme for the Sabarimala temple, devotees and Devaswom Board employees.

The pilgrims have been insured to the tune of Rs 1 lakh and the employees for Rs 1.5 lakh each against deaths from accidents.
