RG Group to invest Rs 800 cr on housing project in Gr Noida

NEW DELHI: Realty firm RG Group said it will invest about Rs 800 crore to develop a housing project in Greater Noida.

The company will develop 2,500 units over 18 acres of land in various phases.

"RG will invest nearly Rs 800 crore in developing this project, which is expected to be complete by December, 2013," the company said in a statement.

The all-inclusive cost of the apartments is between Rs 18 lakh to Rs 30 lakh, it added.

This is the second housing project of the company. It recently launched a housing project in Noida, where it is constructing 1,400 units.

The Delhi-based company has completed 14 commercial projects.
