Real Value Promoters launches super luxury project--Czar

CHENNAI: Real estate developer Real Value Promoters today announced its upcoming luxury project -- Czar's to be set up in the city.

"Czar's mega project is located on Greenways Road in R A Puram. The project spread over 10.5 grounds will house 18 flats. Each flat will be in the size of 4,500 to 6,000 square foot..",city-based Real Value Promoters said in a statement.

"..We always come out with some special buildings and the latest one Czar's is our dream come true.." Real Value Promoters, Chairman and Managing Director, V S Suresh said.

The project would have a seven level security system, a quick-safe room, a private 4D movie lounge apart from several new features, it said.
