Real estate demand growth significant in Bangalore: Sobha Developers

JC Sharma, managing director, Sobha Developers, in a chat with ET Now says that real estate demand growth is quite significant in Bangalore.

Can you give us a sense as to how the demand environment is shaping up in Bangalore?

Whatever we have been observing particularly in Bangalore is that demand growth is quite significant. The environment also has changed for the better. The buyers feel more confident. Banks are giving money to them and it looks like that as things keep improving, we should be back to normal in about one or two quarters where probably Bangalore this time should be leading in revival of the real estate market.
