Puravankara announces 2nd luxury project

CHENNAI: Real estate developer Puravankara Projects Ltd today announced its second luxury project 'Purva Amaiti' at Singanallur in Coimbatore.

Purva Amaiti is the second phase of Puravankara Projects, 'Purva Bluemont' being the company's first luxury property in Coimbatore, a company statement said.

Spread over 23 acres, Purva Amaiti is available in 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments ranging in size between 1,704 to 1,866 square feet and priced at Rs 3,490 to Rs 3,775 per square foot, it said.

The company claimed 'Purva Amaiti' is equipped with the first of its kind Zen Garden, a Feng-shui inspired landscape, squash court, library, amphi-theatre, play areas among others, it said.

Puravankara Projects Ltd currently has 29.25 million sq ft under development with an additional 82.18 million sq ft to be developed in the next seven to 10 years, the statement added.
