NEW DELHI: Real estate developer Prateek group today lanched of its new project 'Prateek Grand City' in Ghaziabad with an estimated investment of Rs 5,000 crore.

"The township will come up on the 40 acres of land at Siddharth Vihar, and about more than 6,500 flats will be offered in the price range of Rs 28 lakh to up to about Rs 63 lakh," Chairman of Prateek Group Prashant Tiwari told reporters here.

The site is located alongside the proposed 14 lane National Highway-24 near to the proposed metro station, he added.

"We will likely to complete the first phase of project in next four years and the complete project in almost next six years and the estimated on project will be around Rs 5,000 crore," he said.

Sharing the details of amenties to be provided in the project, group's Managing Director Prateek Tiwari said the township will have an international school up to senior secondary level, a hospital with all modern facilities and a dedicated police station.

"The ambience of the township is further enhanced by international grade aesthetic features like a world class children play area, dedicated jogging path, cycling track, classical water fountains, sculpture lawns and others," the MD said.
