MUMBAI: A 3-BHK apartment, with an area of 1,750 sqft, at MIG Colony in Bandra (E) was recently transacted for Rs 4.20 crore. This works out to a per sqft price of approximately Rs 24,000, including the cost of a car parking. This sixth-floor apartment is housed in a 21-storey under-construction residential tower, said to be one the most-sought-after properties in the area. This project is located off the Western Express Highway, adjacent to the Bandra-Kurla Complex, which is the prime business district and new financial hub of Mumbai. Residential rates here range between Rs 16,000 and Rs 28,000 per sqft depending on the age of the property and the amenities offered.

This 3-BHK unit comes with a servant quarter and is located on the fifth floor of a high-rise tower. Located on MG Road, the group housing project is built on 24 acres of land and has good connectivity to other parts of the city, with a metro station located opposite the main entrance. The quoted residential rates at Hadapsar range between Rs 3,400 and Rs 8,000 per sqft.
