PBEL India launches PBEL city in Hyderabad

HYDERABAD: City-based property developer PBEL India has launched the first phase of its estimated Rs 1,200-crore flagship project - PBEL CITY a fully contained township of 13 residential and two commercial towers.

Briefing the about the project company's Executive Director Anand Reddy said: "PBEL City is our first offering to the city of Hyderabad giving an opportunity to the denizens to live life to the fullest. A Major feature of the project is the 83 per cent of City, which we are presently developing and beautifying."

The total project cost is estimated at Rs 1200 crore and will be completed by 2011, Reddy said. The apartments would be costing Rs 40 lakhs onward for 1050 sqft area to 1600 sqft.
